Lip Sync Tutorial Evaluation Planning

Lip Sync Tutorial Evaluation

In our lip sync tutorial there were many skills and tips i learned which i didnt know how to do or think would
work. Well of course we had to go out and film our video and then place the soundtrack on the software, for this year we are using final cut again which we used last year so we did know the basics and some advanced tools. As we procceded to edit we placed the sound track on first then we played our footage back, we deleted the things we was not going to use. when we had selected are footage, we then picked what would go first, our group had to line the footage on top of eachother so we can edit it later. we then made sure the lips were moving in motion with the song which we did, we had to then mark in and out on the film in time with the music to create a continuous beat for all of the footage. once we had layed out our footage for the whole song we then used the razor tool to mark the footage we then deletd some of the footage in a random order so it would change footage in the music video. Thing thing i found most challenging was probably getting the performer singing exactly when the song was played. In the music video i think editing is the simplist thing compared to the thriller opening it took a lot of effort and time to get it perfect another thing is that the music vdieo is very easy to shoot and even if theres a lot of footage it can be done in a minimum of spaces but our thriller video had me going all around london.
