This is our final edit of our music video
Cold Play - Viva La Vida

Rough Cut Feedback

We got a mixed feedback from people some people liked it, but they said it needed improvement and others said the plot of the video was good but we need to edit and put more shots in, to get the plot across.
We have listened to the feedback and have taken it in to account and we will improve it in our final one.

One criticism we got from the feedback was that the lighting in Greenwich was dark, so we intend to go back to Greenwich and re-film all the shots again.

Feed Back From Rough Cut
The rough cut is of course a rough version of the real thing so every shot was not
cut down to size.  What i liked when filming shots for the rough cuts was the locations,
if there was one thing i would change about the shots would be the time limit we had to film if we had more time we could have perfected the shots.

When we asked friends about how they felt so far about are rough cut they said it was a good idea but could of been more detailed in a way you get the storyline easier. Also we have taken feedback about what people do not like about our music video and have taken this into account for the future.

from the feedback from our teacher we have decided to cut down the length of some of our shots as they were to long and insert pictures of various religious crosses. we have also re shot Greenwich park as the lighting on the first set was terrible and we have gone back and re done most of the footage.

Justification -

Our video will not show the main singer during any of the video. To justify our idea we have found an example of a song not showing the main singer:

Coldplay - Viva la vida -

We as a group, have decided to change our filming ideas and scrap the La Roux concept and go for a new plan for the song, Viva la vida by Coldplay. The reason we have changed this is due to the collapse of the In for the kill idea. The filming faced set backs and permission was not granted for filming in the set locations.
